Description
Desk pieces were very popular during the Imperial German period. This desk piece is of the “trench art” variety. These were very popular. They were made from items that one might have found on a battle field. The base of this desk piece measures 5 3/4″ x 4 3/8″ and is made of brass. Mounted on an inner base, which is pebbled, is an assortment of used and unused rifle projectiles. Some are twisted. It makes for an fascinating display.
