This is a duplicate militärpaß from Niederrheinisches Füsilier-Regiment Nr 39. The man’s name was Johann Heinrich Hüsges. He was born in 1883 and joined his regiment in 1903. He mustered out of the regiment in 1906. On the page with that information we see a regimental unit stamp. We see that he was recalled to the army in 1914. He served through much of early-to-mid WW I.
