OK, I understand this is not a WW I aviation book. It IS an aviation book and if it has wings on it, it interests me! This book was first published in 1974. The volume was reprinted in 1995 and 1997. It was originally published as TWO books. One dealt with the Hawker Hurricane and the other with the Messerschmitt Bf 109. These two planes were among the most famous aircraft of WW II and were major players in “The Battle of Britain.” It is a large format book, measuring 11 3/4″ x 8 3/4.” The book has 300+ pages and is LIBERALLY illustrated. It is a great history of two of the most important aircraft of WW II.
