Description
This is a German language newspaper, the “Kriegs-Flugblätter” (War Hand-Bills) It is issue Nr 9. In the upper left corner, Otto Weddigen is standing atop the conning tower of the U-9. Also on the front page, a German is chasing Neptune as the German rides a torpedo. Inside this four-page newspaper are many cartoons and articles. On the back page is a charcoal sketch of German troops cheering their officers (or Kaiser?) who are on the hill overlooking them.
