This is a Vivat Ribbon commemorating the Battle of Libau under the command of General der Infantrie Otto von Below. The ribbon is orange/red and measures 15 1/2″ x 2 1/2.” Vivat Ribbons generally were issued under the auspices of the German Red Cross. This ribbon is in excellent condition.
