This postcard comes from noted marine artist Professor Willy Stöwer. It shows Kaiser Wilhelm II (1859-1941) in a Kaiserliche Marine Großadmiral’s uniform. The postcard is unmailed. It was produced during WW I to benefit a veteran’s group.
