GERMANY – PATRIOTIC PIN – NAVAL AVIATION – PATRIOTIC
This is an ultra high quality patriotic pin of the likes I have not seen before. We see a Navy anchor and a propeller which runs across the pin. This could have been for a fixed wing aircraft or possibly even a Zeppelin. I am just not certain.
At the top of the anchor is mounted a Hohenzollern crown. On the reverse we see the quality expanded as the features favor a flight badge. A substantial pin (Not a cheap thin pin.), a fine hinge and a quality catch. All of this screams quality and this brass badge is quite unusual.
