Description
This is a single Prussian Husaren-Regiment Oberstleutnant’s shoulder board that is of the slightly longer variety used by such regiments. It measures 1 ½ ” x 5 ¼.” It sports a single gilt-toned Oberstleutnant’s pip, but is not identified to a specific regiment. In many cases no regimental designation was given. In the early days, if the regiment had a royal patron, the royal cypher was often shown. It has a red felt backing on the underside.
