GERMANY – SANKE CARD – LEUTNANT MAX RITTER VON MULZER – NR 385
This is Sanke Card Nr 385 of Leutnant Max Ritter von Mulzer. He was one of the earliest winners of the Orden Pour le Mérite, the coveted “Blue Max.”
Mulzer began the war as a cavalry officer. He transferred to the air service and after training, he was assigned to FFA 62 which also had Oswald Boelcke and Max Immelmann. Before his death in September 1916 he achieved ten victories, all in a Fokker Eindecker.
This postcard is in excellent condition and has never been mailed.
