Description
This table medal commemorates Kaiser Wilhelm II’s life. It measures 1 5/8″ in diameter.
The table medal’s obverse displays his likeness wearing a pickelhaube. His birth and death years (1859-1941) flank his image. Around the edges we see the words “Wilhelm II Deutscher Kaiser König v. Preussen.”
The reverse boasts a post WW II-style eagle and a reference to the German Bundesrepublik (founded after WW II’s end). The medal is silver-toned, but is NOT made of silver.
It is in very fine condition.
