Description
Pre war postcard of Kaiser Wilhelm II dressed as a member of 1. Garde-Ulanen-Regiment. He is wearing the tschapka of that regiment. Further, he is wearing a dark blue ulanka of that regiment with the dress epaulets of a Generalfeldmarschall.
There is some silvering to the outer portions of the postcard. Aside from that it is in excellent condition and has never been mailed.
