The white shoulder straps bear buttons with the number “1” denoting the 1st Eskadron, a great honor for the soldier assigned to it, as it was considered the finest in the regiment. The collar of the tunic showcases more white trim, complemented by silver buttons denoting the rank of Wachmeister. The reverse side of the tunic is equally exquisite, featuring elaborate designs.
Opening the tunic reveals a fine red silk interior, showcasing signs of age and use that add character to the piece. There is a small moth nip on the silk liner. However, the exterior of the tunic is in excellent condition, with only five small patches of minor moth tracking.
