Description
This postcard shows a caricature of King Albert of Belgium flying an airplane over a city. Hanging to the airplane’s tail is a chained Belgian Congo native holding the King’s hat. It is something of a slam against Belgium’s treatment of the Congolese, which bordered on genocide.
