Description
This postcard commemorates the service of the H.M.S. Galatea during WW I’s early years. The vessel was a Light Cruiser. She saw action against Zeppelin L 7 on 4 May 1916. Later in the month, on 31 May 1916, she participated in the Battle of Jutland. The postcard was not mailed.
