This color postcard shows Kaiser Franz Josef of Austria in a generalfeldmarschall’s dress uniform, complete with epaulettes, numerous medals, breast stars, and decorations. The image comes from a painting and is dated 1914. A message on the obverse has his reproduction signature. The postcard was never mailed.
