Description
This color postcard depicts Kaiser Wilhelm II (1859-1941) in a Kaiserliche Marine admiral’s uniform. A message is written on the obverse. The reverse indicates it was mailed in April 1900, before the Kaiser was promoted to großadmiral. Its upper left corner has a slight bend.
