GERMANY – ARMY WOUND BADGE – BLACK – 3RD CLASS
This Army Wound Badge 3rd Class is black in color and was issued for one and two wounds. It was first authorized in March 1918 with a Navy version authorized that Summer.
This badge has some paint missing to the high point of the helmet.
