GERMANY – DOCUMENT STAMPS – ADMINISTRATIVE AND SHIPS DOCUMENT – FIFTEEN
This is a fine collection of paper document stamps for a wide variety of both Germany administrative units and Navy ships.
Each is royal blue and off white. The stamps would have been affixed to documents coming from these units/ships.
Some of the more interesting are for:
- Marine-Infanterie Brigade
- Kommando der Landflieger Abteilung
- Kommando des IV. Geschwader (one of the Battleship formations), etc.
The stamps for ships include:
- S.M.S. Nassau
- S.M.S Kaiser
- S.M.S. Friedrich Carl, etc.
This is the first collection of these stamps and will be a fine addition to any collection.
These stamps can easily be removed from the display page as they are only affixed by a small piece of mounting tape
