Description
A most interesting framed photograph of a young girl (I would estimate her to be 8-12 years old.). I rather get the impression that she has just attended her 1st Communion as she is wearing a long white dress and is wearing a crucifix and appears to be holding a pocket bible. The frame has a bark finish to it and has a 1914 Iron Cross at the bottom. The frame measures about 3″ x 5 ½”. The photo appears to be from about 1914-1930 but the frame is actually post WW II as it is marked :Made in W. Germany.” Very touching as it is or another photo could be substituted if you prefer.
