Description
This is a terrific original photograph, measuring 4 1/2″ x 6 5/8,” that shows a balloon crew preparing their base camp for operations. In the foreground we see some of the men building the balloon’s hanger. In the background we can see the balloon, which is inflated and ready for flight. A penciled description is on the reverse.
