Description
This is a news clipping relating Max Immelmann’s last aerial victory and his death in combat. The clipping is dated June (1916) and measures 5” x 3 1/2.” Immelmann, along with Oswald Boelcke, was one of the first German aviators to receive the Orden Pour le Mérite in January 1916.
