Based on the translation, this patriotic pendant is an honor gift or prize from the City of Düsseldorf. It is quite large and measures 2 ½” x 2 ½”. The arms are made of green enamel. The center has the coat-of-arms of Düsseldorf. It is manufacturer hallmarked on the reverse, AND .800 silver hallmarked. This could be used as a pendant or for display.
