Description
This postcard shows Admiral Reinhard Scheer (1863-1928). Scheer served as the High Seas Fleet’s commander at the Battle of Jutland in 1916. In August 1918, he was promoted as the last Chief of Naval Staff. The postcard was not mailed, but has a message written on the reverse.
