Description
This postcard shows Grand Duke Friedrich I of Baden seated at his desk performing paperwork. He is in a general’s uniform, but for which regiment I cannot say. The obverse has a lengthy message in French to the right of his image. The reverse reveals it was mailed from Germany on 10 August 1899, to be delivered to a man in Paris.
