” This postcard shows the officers and crew of the U-Boat Bremen on the deck of their vessel. The Bremen was a cargo U-Boat, which brought needed supplies to Germany under the British blockade. She was not a part of the Kaiserliche Marine, but a member of Germany’s merchant fleet. This postcard was removed from a photo album.
