Description
This postcard shows Prinz Eitel Friedrich in the Leib-Garde-Husaren-Regiment uniform. He is wearing the regiment’s dress attila and busby. The photo actually predates 1912, as his busby sports otter fur (phased-out after 1912 and replaced with opossum fur. He is wearing a Johanniter Order neck badge around his neck. He also wears the cloth Knight’s Badge and an Order of the Black Eagle breast star. The postcard was not mailed.
