Description
This postcard shows Prinz Regent Luitpold of Bavaria, and indicates his death on 12 December 1912. Luitpold had been the Regent of Bavaria after “Mad” Ludwig II was removed from the throne. Upon the death of Luitpold, his son became König Ludwig III, the final King of Bavaria.
