PRUSSIA – BELT AND BUCKLE – OFFICER – BROCADE
Finely conditioned Prussian Army officer brocade belt and buckle.
The belt is gold gilt toned with black stripes. The buckle shows a bit of tarnish on a brass exterior. The interior lining of the belt is dark blue felt with a replacement leather strap.
It is in very fine condition with only a moth nip or two.
I believe this is for a cavalry officer but I am open to other information.
Just for your information I have seen a similar example on E-Bay in far worse condition for $495.00.
