PRUSSIA – POSTCARD -PRINCE SIGISMUND – NR NPG 5574
Prince Sigismund of Prussia was from the lesser house of Hohenzollern. Like all Hohenzollerns he was enlisted as a Lieutenant á la Suite in 1. Garde-Regiment zu Fuß. He was also a Rittmeister in 2. Leib-Husaren-Regiment Königin Viktoria von Preußen Nr. 2. He also flew as a pilot in 1917-1918.
This is NPG postcard Nr 5574 which shows Prince Sigismund walking with another officer from 2. Leib-Husaren-Regiment Königin Viktoria von Preußen Nr. 2. Sigismund is in the more elaborate dress uniform while the other officer is wearing the every day uniform.
This postcard is in excellent condition and has never been mailed.
