This is the sleeve-rating-patch for a Ober-Signalmaat. It is for a Chief Signalman’s Mate, and is the equivalent to a U.S. Navy Senior Petty Officer. This patch is for the winter tunic of this NCO-level sailor. It is in very fine condition.
