Description
This Vivat Ribbon commemorates the Battle of Lomza, which took place on 9 August 1915. General von Smoltz was one of the key German commanders in this battle. The ribbon is pale yellow in color, and measures 16 1/2″ x 2 1/2.” Vivat Ribbons generally were issued under the auspices of the German Red Cross. The ribbon is in excellent condition.
