This is a Vivat Ribbon that commemorates the Battle of Pristina. A likeness of a German general is shown, whom I cannot identify. This Vivat measures 15 1/2″ x 2 1/2,” and is light-green in color. Vivats generally were offered under the auspices of the German Red Cross.
