Description
This is a Vivat Ribbon saluting General d’Elsa, who apparently was a Saxon. Below his likeness is a panel which speaks of his success in the Winter Battle of Champagne on 25-26 January 1915. The Vivat measures 15 1/2″ x 2 1/2,” and is light-green in color.
