Description
This is a Vivat Ribbon commemorating the actions of a General Herd. His likeness and that of German infantry in action can be seen. The Vivat Ribbon measures 16″ x 2 1/2.” It is yellow in color. Vivats generally were offered under the auspices of the German Red Cross.
