This is a Vivat Ribbon saluting Kaiser Wilhelm II. This is the key Vivat ribbon in the entire series. He is the central theme of the Vivat, and is flanked by armies of Germans from the past. The oversized Vivat measures 16″ x 2 1/2″ (the biggest Vivat I have ever seen). It is white in color. Vivats generally were offered under the auspices of the German Red Cross
