Description
This is a Vivat Ribbon, which salutes the German and Austrian Kaisers at its top. Below is mentioned the successes in the Karpathens and at Bukowina in 1914/1915. A warship and an Iron Cross are shown at the bottom. The Vivat measures 14 3/4″ x 2 1/2,” and is medium-blue in color.
