This is a Vivat Ribbon commemorating Germany’s Kaiserin Augusta Viktoria. The Kaiserin was very much involved with the German Red Cross. She also visited wounded soldiers in hospitals to help improve their morale. The pink Vivat measures 14 3/4″ x 2 1/2.”
