U.S. – WALL ART – ZEPPELIN CUTOUT CARD – MOTION PICTURE “ZEPPELIN.”

$50.00

During the 20th Century when motion pictures were released, interesting items were often shipped to theaters to help promote the movies. The most basic was a “Theater Card.” It had information on the actors, the studio, etc. Today we are offering a very interesting item from the motion picture “Zeppelin.” The movie was released in 1971 by Warner Brothers. The stars were Michael York and Elke Sommer. The item is a cutout zeppelin card that measures 16 3/4″ in length and 3″ in height. The card is two-sided. Each side of the card has “Zeppelin” written in white German Fraktur lettering. The “I” is dotted with an Iron Cross. Another small Iron Cross appears on the tail. The card’s top has a small punched-out hole. This allowed a string to be run through it and then the “Zeppelin” card could hang from a ceiling. This is a great zeppelin item from a movie that was released thirty-eight years ago. We have one left.
